Young India is finally beginning to believe. On Wednesday, April 26 medical students in Delhi took the reservation debate right back to Arjun Singh's home.

The anger and frustration brewing among students over the proposed government move to reserve seats for other backward classes in Central educational institutions degenerated into a mass protest on Wednesday when hundreds of medical students staged a strong protest right in front of the residence of Union HRD Minister Arjun Singh.

Police fired water canons and tear gas in an effort to prevent the students from staging the protest.

"We were protesting peacefully, they started treating us like animals. We work so hard and the to the top medical colleges and suddenly this reservation comes up," one of the protesting students said.

Reservations versus Nurturisations

Consider this An NGO or a GO (Govt Official) hunts for a talent among the backwards Nurtures him to make him completely successful and independant. This fuels large scale followings for that perticular talent from among the weaker sections BUT .....

BUT this is very tiresome It requires 100 percent commiment (May be more??) There are no instant results There are no short cuts

As against this the govt or politicians only has to utter a few sentences In retrn they get instant vote bank, Its instant he just has to say this and its done There is no question of failure SO THIS A VERY VERY EASY PATH FOR THE POLITICIAN But what about backward clsses Well well we are not discussing about the well being or bringing forward the backward classes WHAT WE ARE DOING HERE IS FOR THE WELL BEING AND BRINGING FORWARD THE POLITICIANS

I will give another example MAY BE UNRELATED :- What is a SPORTSMAN SPIRIT :- When a passer by is hit by a cricket ball and gets injured, instead of trying to recover from the wound the SPIRRIT of that person forces him to retun the ball to their righfull owners The Sports Man Spirit has nothing to do with the SPORTS MEN If the name resembles its purely coincidence !!!!!!!!!
