Focus on measures to remove corruption should be the main agenda of any government. Monitoring agencies with powers to record peoples complaints, report against all government employees and be able to take action. This monitoring agency should be under a new department called anti corruption department and should be staffed with new recruits, who are educated with masters or above, young and not more than 30 and have very good pay scales. This central body should have cells in each district with a private security company providing the necessary cover. More on this when we have comments on my comment.

More than x, y, z joining, I'd prefer to see some good development work happening in the cities. But then again, if the work is dependant on x, y or z joining politics, then we are in quite a nice predicament!
