What do you think about Manmohan Singh's Independence day speech.

Touched a chord in my heart, but I doubt if the PM has any intentions of doing his utmost to honour his commitments
He doesn't mean a word of it, and even if he does coalition politics does not let him take concrete action.
We shouldn't take such speeches seriously.
Way to go Mr. PM.
